Goff Policy Adds Energy Talent & Markets in 2026 Charge

One of Texas’s preeminent energy policy firms is expanding its reach – and bringing in renowned energy experts to do it.

For years, Goff Policy and its President, Eric Goff, have helped a wide variety of clients launch transformative energy projects and navigate a maze of regulatory and legislative challenges — propelling the energy transition, strengthening power grids, and supercharging economies.

This week, the firm is announcing the appointment of Reagan Redd as its Denver-based Energy Policy & Market Analyst, and of McCall Johnson, who is consulting as a Senior Advisor.

Johnson is a veteran Texas energy leader. Currently a Vice President at Innovant PR, where she supports a variety of clients in the energy sector, she has served as Director of External Affairs at Recurrent Energy, chaired the Texas Solar Power Association, and handled a variety of issues at the Public Utility Commission of Texas. Redd co-leads Goff Policy’s policy and market analysis and engagement work across the western United States; she previously served at the U.S. Department of Energy, with experience spanning nationally deployed distributed energy resources and utility-scale generation development.

“We’re thrilled and honored to bring on such smart, creative, and dedicated energy leaders,” Goff said. “We’re excited for what the future will bring as we support groundbreaking energy projects in new markets – and McCall and Reagan will be foundational to that work.”

The appointments add to Goff Policy’s exponential growth over the past year. The firm recently hired Nathan Ryan and Tim Seaton – the former CEO/COO duo at international marketing firm Toi and national consulting firm Blue Sky Partners – as Managing Director and Vice President of Operations, respectively. It also doubled its book of business and helped convene two symposiums at The University of Texas at Austin's Energy Institute. Its clients include trade associations, energy developers, investors, utilities, municipalities, and consumers. Over the past year, Goff Policy also has brought on Juliana Gianni as an ERCOT policy analyst and promoted Callie Boggs to Director of Client Services.

“Energy demand and development is growing across the country at a breakneck pace – and so is Goff Policy,” Ryan said. “We’re honored and excited for this opportunity to help bring our growing expertise to these vital conversations and help ensure that power grids can serve a booming economy reliably and affordably.”
